The International Electronics Headquarters is a key industrial project of Zhongguancun Electronics City Science and Technology Park, and is the largest building group in Beijing's Northeast Fourth Ring Road, mainly focused on electronic information research and development and headquarters economy. The project has a superior geographical location, adjacent to the Capital Airport Expressway and the newly built Metro Line 14. It is located in the core area of the electronic city and has very convenient transportation. The project covers a total area of 142000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 520000 square meters. It includes five functional modules: research, office, exhibition, conference, and supporting facilities. The project focuses on creating a headquarters economy and developing the electronic information industry. The Beijing Zhongguancun Electronics City International Electronics Headquarters project consists of four plots, with a total land area of 142023 square meters, including 86178 square meters of construction land, 41590 square meters of expropriated roads, and 14255 square meters of expropriated green spaces. The proposed project has a construction scale of 370000 square meters above ground and 80000-10000 square meters underground. The function consists of six major parts: office, exhibition, conference, hotel, commercial, and SOHO office. The part of the project is the 798 Cultural and Art District, which needs to retain the current design of the old factory building as an electronic industry museum.

国际电子总部是中关村电子城科技园的重点产业项目，是北京东北四环体量大的以电子信息研发和总部经济为主的建筑群体。该项目地理位置优越，紧邻首都机场高速和新建的14号地铁线，位于电子城核心地带，交通十分便利。项目总占地面积14.2万平方米，总建筑面积约52万平方米，包含科研、办公、展览、会议及配套设施五大功能模块。项目以打造总部经济和电子信息产业发展为重点。北京中关村电子城国际电子总部项目由四个地块组成，总用地面积142023平方米，其中建设用地86178平方米，代征道路41590平方米，代征绿地14255平方米。拟建项目建筑规模，地上370000平方米，地下80000—100000平方米。功能由六大块组成：办公、展览、会议、酒店、商业、SOHO办公。项目局部为798文化艺术区需要保留设计的现状旧厂房作为电子工业博物馆。
