Outdoor sports are flourishing in China. The rapidly rising consumer demand has given rise to a huge outdoor product market, providing consumers with more diverse choices, and the demand is constantly iterating. In different outdoor scenarios such as camping, rock climbing, exploration, mountaineering, gliding, self driving, cycling, skiing, fishing, diving, surfing, etc., the division of various sports and leisure needs is becoming increasingly detailed. In addition to meeting basic functional requirements, outdoor products also need to highlight the emotional appeal of fashion aesthetics and trendy personality. Not only has it become a new trend in sports, but it is also the most trendy new way of socializing.
According to the joint issuance of the Outdoor Sports Industry Development Plan (2022-2025) by eight departments including the General Administration of Sport of China and the National Development and Reform Commission. The plan focuses on the high-quality development of the outdoor sports industry, with deepening the supply side structural reform of the outdoor sports industry as the main line. It outlines a blueprint for the development of China's outdoor sports industry, which includes effective connection between supply and demand, coordinated development between industry and ecology, product and service branding, and continuous innovation in business formats and models.
