蓄电池的保管
1．保管时请注意温度不要超过-20℃～+40℃范围
2．保管电池时必须使电池在完全充电状态下进行保管。由于在运输途中或保存期内因自放电会损失一部分容量，使用时请补充电。
3．长期保管时，为弥补保管期间的自放电，请进行补充电。在超过40C条件下保管时，对电池寿命有很坏影响，请避免！
4．请在干燥低温，通风良好的地方进行保管。
UPS蓄电池使用安全注意事项
1.电池+-端子间不可短路。（端子间短路可能造成烫伤、发烟、火灾危险。）
2.不可在密闭容器中充电。
3.电池不能放置在密闭空间里或火源附近。
4.转矩扳手、扳子等金属工具，请用塑料胶带等进行绝缘处理后使用.
5.不可对本蓄电池进行分解、改造。
6.如发现电槽、盖等有龟裂、变形等损伤及漏夜现象，请更换此蓄电池。
7.请不要使用信那水、汽油、煤油、挥发油等有机溶剂和液体洗涤剂清洁电池.如果使用上述物质可能会引起电槽或上盖(ABS树脂)出现裂痕、漏液.
8.请定期更换蓄电池，不要超期使用。
VRLA蓄电池常见的故障及排除方法
铅酸蓄电池在使用中，会出现各种故障，常见的故障有：极板硫化、有效物质脱落过多、自放电过大、内部短路、极板弯曲等。这些故障的产生，都会使蓄电池容量降低，寿命缩短，影响正常使用，故障产生的原因，除了正常的自然消耗、制造质量和运输保管等因素影响外，大多数是因为维护使用不当造成的。
5.1 极板硫化
铅酸蓄电池极板的表面形成一层粗大的白色硫酸铅结晶体，在充电时不易生成二氧化铅和纯铅，这种现象就叫做铅酸蓄电池的极板硫化，也称为不可逆硫酸盐化。极板硫化是航空铅酸蓄电池常见的故障，是降低蓄电池实有容量和造成提前报废的主要原因之一。
1）故障现象
充电时电压上升很快，高达2.8～3.0V左右。电解液的温度很快上升到45℃以上，过早地产生气泡，放电时电压降低很快(1～2h内降到1.8V左右)，容量显著下降，电解液密度低于正常值，而且是长期落后。硫化后的极板其颜色和状态也不正常。正极板是浅褐色，有时极板表面有白色斑点，负极板为灰白色，用手指摸极板表面时感觉到有粗大的硫酸铅结晶。
