Background

Diverse and inclusive urban and ruralintegrated development makes the economy more resilient anddynamic.

Asan important part of ESBuild,Shanghai House Design andTechnology Exhibition  focuseson the multi-level and multi-angle needs of house users suchas house and elderlycare, house and resorthotels/homestays, house and newrural construction, and private owners. Theexhibition presets 15 subdivisionapplication scenarios, focusing on the five coredimensions of "health, wisdom, low carbon, safety andcostperformance",showing the development trend of house such asintelligent house, environmentalprotection and sustainable house , andpersonalized customization.
