调查数据显示,四川省生活垃圾焚烧飞灰中主要含有氧、钙、氯、钾、钠、硅、硫、镁、铝、铁、磷、钛等常量元素,锌、铅、镉、铬、铜、锰、钡、锡、钯等重金属以及氟、锶、溴、铷等其他元素,其中氧、钙、氯、钠等含量最高,锌、铅、镉、铜则是含量最高的重金属。钠基飞灰与钙基飞灰的差异主要表现在钙、氯、钠等主成分上,二者的杂质成分含量水平相近。
钙基飞灰中的主要晶相包括Ca(OH)2、NaCl、KCl、CaSO4、SiO2等,还有一些硅酸盐类的化合物,这主要与石灰钙基脱硫以及焚烧烟气中的产生密切相关。钠基飞灰中主要晶相包括NaCl、KCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3、CaSO4、CaCO3、SiO2等,这主要与钠基脱硫的原理有关。
调查数据显示,四川省生活垃圾焚烧飞灰中含量最高的重金属为锌,为铅、钡、铜、锰、镉、锑,其中铅、镉、锑三种重金属属于高毒性的重金属;飞灰中砷、铬、硒、钒、镍、钴含量相对前几种重金属含量明显较低,特别是钴、镍、钒是含量较低的三种重金属,但飞灰中仍含有一定水平的砷、硒等高毒性重金属;图中未标注的铊、铍、汞三种重金属则较以上13种重金属更低,低于10mg/kg水平。
