Introduction to the Park: Liandong U Valley · Beijing Yongle Industrial Park (Liandong U Valley Yongle Industrial Park) is located in Yongle Economic Development Zone, Tongzhou District, Beijing, and Yard 6, Hengye 7th Street, Yongle Economic Development Zone, Tongzhou District, Beijing (the southeast corner of the intersection of Guoxiao Road and Old Kongxing Road, Yongle Economic Development Zone, Tongzhou District, Beijing) is located in the southeast of Beijing, at the junction of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. It is the center of the high-tech industrial belt along the Beijing Tianjin Tanggu Expressway and the strategy of the economic circle around Bohai Sea. The connecting line between Beijing and Tianjin is the axis, and the economist Fei Xiao called Yongle Economic Development Zone the handle of "dumbbell" economy. Yongle Economic and Technological Development Zone has been included in Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone.
