A 型 :与 试样刚性连接的密封接头,但两个密封接头彼此不相连接,因此静液压端部推力可以传递到试样中。
B 型 :用 金属材料制造的承口接头,能确保与试样外表面密封,且密封接头通过连接件与另一密封接头相连,因此静液压端都推力不会作用在试样上。这种封头可由一根或多根金属拉杆组成,且试样两端在纵向能自由移动,以免试样由于受热膨胀而引起弯曲变形。
密封接头除夹紧试样的齿纹外,任何与试样表面接触的锐边都需修整。密封接头的组成材料不能
对试样产生不良影响。
一般来说,由于管材的形变应力的不同,采用B型封头的破坏时间比采用A型封头的破坏时间短
如无一定的预防措施,当试样在低于试验温度的环境下组装,B型封头易使试样弯曲变形。
根据 GB /T 18252-2000评价管材或管件材料性能的试验中,除非在相关标准中有特殊规定,否则应选用A型封头。
仲裁试验采用A型密封接头。

Generally speaking, the failure time of B-type head is shorter than that of A-type head because of the different deformation stress of pipe.
Without certain precautions, when the specimen is assembled at a temperature lower than the test temperature, the B-type head will easily bend the specimen.
According to GB/T 18252-2000 to evaluate the performance of pipes or fittings, type A head should be selected unless there are special provisions in the relevant standards.
The A seal joint is used in the arbitration test.
