变动应递交原材料：
1、行政许可事项变动事宜申请报告正本；
2、申请办理行政许可事项变动事宜授权委托书正本；
3、受委托人s份证正本及影印件（法人代表签字盖章确定），正本核查倒退还；
4、变更申请书正本，公司加盖公司章；
5、《拍卖经营批准证书》（正、团本）正本；
6、工商局《营业执照》（团本）正本及影印件，正本核查倒退还；
7、股东大会有关变动事宜的决定正本（各公司股东盖公章签名）；
8、公司拍卖师的《中华人民共和国拍卖师执业资格证书》、《拍卖师执业注册记录》正本及影印件，正本核查倒退还；
9、企业章程（公司章程）影印件（公司需标明：此规章或公司章程与给予给工商局规章或公司章程一致，并加盖公司公章）+。
