竞价公司注册流程：
1、公司名称（5个以上公司待选名称）
2、公司注册地址的房产证及房主身份证复印件（公司房子必须在房产证复印件及房屋租赁合同上加盖产权年限公司的公司公章；高新区、经济开发区、新站区居民商住楼务必提供房产证原件给工商管理局进行审查）
3、总体自然人股东身份证原件（倘若注册资金是消费者本身给与，只需给与身份证复印件；倘若法人代表是外省人在新站区、经济开发区、高新区注册申请，务必给与临时居住证原件）
4、总体自然人股东项目投资占有率（自然人股东占公司股份的分派）
5、公司经营范围（公司主要是经营什么，有的规范极有可能涉及到+代办或经营许可证）。
Registration process of the bidding company:
1. Company name (more than 5 companies to be selected)
2. Copcopy of the property ownership card of the registered address and the owner's identity card (the company must affix the official seal of the company on the copy of the property ownership certificate and the lease contract; the commercial and residential buildings of the high-tech zone, economic development zone and new station area must provide the original property ownership certificate to the Industrial and Commercial Administration for examination)
3. Original ID card of overall natural person shareholders (if the registered capital is given by consumers themselves, only give a copy of the ID card; if the legal representative is from other province in the new station area, economic development zone and high-tech zone, must give the original temporary residence permit)
4. Overall project investment share of natural person shareholders (allocation of natural person shareholders' shares of the company)
5. Business scope of the company (what is the company mainly operating, and some norms are very likely to involve the qualification agency or business license)。
