原料物性描述:K料是由苯乙烯与丁二烯共聚而成,它是无定型聚合物,又称人造橡胶.透明、无味、无※、密度为1.01g/cm3左右(比PS、AS的低),耐冲击性能比AS高,透明性(80～90%)好,热变形温度为77℃,耐化学性较差,易受油、酸、碱及活性强的有机溶剂侵蚀.K料中含有丁二烯成分的多少,其硬度亦不同,由于K料的流动性好,加工温度范围较宽,所以其加工性能良好(MFI为8克/10分钟)。
