亚马逊美国站电热毯/暖手宝/热风枪/电热袜子/UL499检测
最近很多客户过来咨询，亚马逊上有人投诉产品起火，亚马逊要求提供UL报告，怎么办？特别是电池产品，很多卖家不约而同的提出同样的问题。不要着急，我司已经处理过很多类似产品，为很多商家提供了相应的报告，让他们成功应对了这个危机。
为何亚马逊要求提供这些认证呢？是不是闲的danteng！？
据了解：这类产品如果不合格很容易造成火灾，危及民众生命和财产安全，之前曾经发生过类似的案件！而UL标准也就是美洲的安全测试标准！而亚马逊出于对安全的考虑！加强对带电的电子电器产品管控，许多产品因此而被下架！也在情理之中喽！
很多卖家收到类似以下的邮件：
Product Safety asks that you please respond to the above concern by taking the following steps:
1. MOST importANT: Submit all relevant safety testing data and certification for the item. We ask you include testing specifically relating to the incident in question. Please refer to the attached word document of “Product Compliance Guidelines” if you have any questions. PLEASE NOTE: An MSDS does not suffice for safety testing.
The appropriate standard for this product appears to be UL 499, but others may apply. If you have questions about the appropriate standards for the product, please consult with the laboratory directly.
