Injection molded products
The proportion of PP resin used in injection molded products can account for about half, with ordinary PP as the raw material for daily necessities, reinforced or toughened PP as the raw material for automotive parts, and copolymerized polypropylene PPC raw material with high impact strength and low brittleness temperature as the main material for other purposes.
Automotive: PP is increasingly becoming the leading material for automotive accessories, becoming the largest plastic variety used in automobiles. Toughened PP is used for bumpers and wheel housing covers, while reinforced PP is used for dashboard, steering wheel, handle, container, battery case, etc.
Daily necessities: Ordinary PP is commonly used for injection molded hangers, chairs, stools, barrels, pots, toys, stationery, office supplies, furniture, hinges, turnover boxes, etc.
Electrical appliances: Modified PP is used for washing machine barrels, television casings, fan blades, refrigerator linings, small household appliance casings, etc.
