电子城国际电子总部项目由四个地块组成，总用地面积142023平方米，其中建设用地86178平方米，代征道路41590平方米，代征绿地14255平方米。拟建项目建筑规模，地上370000平方米，地下80000—100000平方米。功能由六大块组成：办公、展览、会议、酒店、商业、SOHO办公。项目局部为798文化艺术区需要保留设计的现状旧厂房作为电子工业博物馆。
