1、企业负责人应具有高中以上文化程度;
2、质量管理人员应当具有相关专业大专以上学历或中级(含)以上职称，经营验配类产品的企业，应具备医学专业大学专科(含)以上学历或中级以上验光师资格(助听器验配师)专业技术人员;经营植入材料和人工器官(不含助听器)应具备医学类本科以上学历专业技术人员;
3、经营产品相关的技术标准;
4、经营场所面积要求：
(1)医疗器械零售专营店：经营医疗器械10个(含10个)类代号以下的，经营场所建筑面积不小于30平方米;经营医疗器械10个类代号以上的，经营场所建筑面积不小于60平方米;
(2)医疗器械零售兼营店：具有独立的产品陈列区域，并有醒目标识。经营医疗器械10个(含10个)类代号以下的，经营场建筑面积不小于20平方米且零售专柜台不少于一节;经营医疗器械10个类代号以上的，经营场所建筑面积不小于30平方米且零售专柜台不少于三节;
(3)角膜接触镜企业应具有与经营规模相适应的明亮整洁的办公营业场所，其总建筑面积不得少于60平方米。经营场所设置接待室(区)、检查室(区)、验光室(区)和配戴室，其中验光室(区)视距达到5米，或设置有2.5米反光镜，并具备暗室条件;
(4)助听器企业应具有与经营规模相适应的营业场所，其总建筑面积不得少于60平方米。应有接待室(区)、测听室(区)和符合标准的听力调
