光明大厦总建筑面积13303平方米，地上十六层。一层设有总服务台、超级市尝购物中心、理发美容室。二层设商务中心、服务中心（邮局和外币兑换处）、咖啡厅。三——九层，为写字间和客房，可供租用。九层设有“乐满堂”娱乐厅。十层为日式餐厅和厨房。十一层为大小不等的中式宴会餐厅。十二层有大宴会厅，迪斯科舞厅，“卡拉OK”歌厅。屋顶设啤酒花园。大厦内部各种现代化设备齐全，备有电传、电话（IDD程控电话总机）、复英打字、传真等公用设施，并为宾客提供代计机票，代寄送包裹、邮件等业务。大厦还设有空调中央控制系统，weixingdianshi接收系统，闭路dianshi系统。光明大厦为居住公寓和租用写字间的客户以及广大国内外宾客提供多功能的服务。每一楼层面积640平方米，写字间按使用面积的大小可分为十种类型。面积大的262平方米，小的44平方米。同时，还可按照租用时的要求，间隔成其它用途的房间。每种类型的写字间都配有国际长途电话（IDD），并设有增装电话、电传和办公自动化设备用的线路，以备客户使用。每层设有洗手间、电开水炉，在五、六层还设有公共淋浴室。先进的空调中央控制系统，确保室内四季如春，气候怡人。
