简单介绍一下力士乐:溶解在液压油中的空气,在通常压力下,其影响可忽略不计,但在低压状态下,溶解空气将会逸出,产生汽泡,形成汽穴现象,将会产生如下影响:
(1)汽泡在低压区急剧压缩并破碎,使油温过热,产生噪声,振动时使油液变质。特别是因汽穴现象油液产生局部高温后,油液氧化变质加剧,降低使用寿命。
(2)因汽穴现象产生腐蚀及冲击,使液压元件很快受损,影响系统的可靠性、寿命等。
(3)空气的可压缩性使工作装置产生爬行,影响了工作的平稳性。
