电缆的屏蔽要求是根据不同场合分别采用：对绞组合屏蔽、对绞组成电缆的总屏蔽、对绞组合屏蔽后总屏蔽等方法。屏蔽材料有圆铜线，铜带、铝带/塑料复合带三种。屏蔽对与屏蔽对具有较好的绝缘性能，电缆在使用中若屏蔽对屏蔽对之间出现电位差时，不会影响信号的传输质量。
全线采用连续式流水线生产，浸槽为船形槽，前处理、电泳、烘道成循环输送系统，即共用一条输送链。装中常见问题2.1车轮夹缝的起泡返锈问题在生产线上，常有车轮夹缝、焊缝等处磷化膜出现返锈，磷化膜不完整现象。电泳后车轮夹缝里出现漆膜起泡或者有类似漆渣状的物质存在。电泳后的车轮长时间放在室外后，有时会从车轮夹缝处流出黄色锈水。在生产中，车轮夹缝越小，越易出现此类问题。1原因分析除油不彻底从工艺上看，预脱脂、脱脂两道工序，有喷淋和浸渍，对一般工件是完全可以除去工件上油污的，但从实际效果看，却存在夹缝等处除油不净现象。
