GENERAL DEscriptION
The SGM3719 is a bidirectional, SPDT (single-pole/double-throw), CMOS analog switch. It operates from a 2.5V to 5V single power supply and can handle a -2V negative signal.
The SGM3719 features high-speed, low on-resistance, low voltage and high bandwidth. The high performances make it very suitable for multiple applications, such as portable equipment, audio and video signal routing, etc. In addition, the SGM3719 can be used as a dual bidirectional 2-to-1 multiplexer because it has a normally open switch and a normally closed switch. Low power consumption is also one of the important reasons that make it a good choice.
The SGM3719 is available in a Green SOT-23-6 package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
