Dust removal mechanism of tube bundle dust collector The tube bundle dust collector is a dust removal equipment. It is applied to the removal and purification of fog droplets and dust carried by saturated clean flue gas of wet desulfurization tower. Tube-bundle dust collector is mainly dependent on the characteristics of low-temperature saturated flue gas containing a large number of small droplets in the upper part of the absorption tower. Under the condition of high-speed movement of a large number of small droplets, the probability of collision between fly ash particles and droplets is increased, and the droplets and fly ash particles are agglomerated to realize the collection and removal of this part of very small fly ash and droplets.
The working principle of the tube bundle dust collector can be simply expressed as the removal of the fog droplets and dust particles carried in the flue gas in the process of high-speed swirling, violent mixing and rotating motion through the three motion states of the fly ash particles, the condensation, capture and annihilation of the fog droplets.
There are several measures to ensure the dust removal effect of bundle dust collector. (1) Extend the height of the tube bundle, ensure the gas residence time in the bundle, and ensure the removal efficiency. (2) Select more efficient accelerators and separators to improve the removal efficiency of very small droplets and particulates. (3) Choose a more reasonable guide ring to avoid the secondary entrainment problem caused by high-speed airflow to the greatest extent.
The fine droplets and dust particles separated from the gas are captured after contacting with the liquid film layer to realize the removal of the fine droplets and dust particles from the flue gas. In the annihilation process, the relative velocity between particles and the rotating liquid film is less, and the liquid film layer effectively avoids the formation of smaller secondary droplets or particles by the direct impact of fine droplets and particles on the cylinder wall.
Tube bundle dust collector is a kind of device with the function of condensation, catching and annihilation. It consists of tube bundle cylinder and multi-stage accelerator, separator, confluence ring and diversion ring. According to different requirements of flue gas and dust removal effect, different accelerators, separators and confluence rings can be selected for multi-stage combination. Firstly, the larger droplets and particulates in the flue gas are removed by the first stage separator, and then the larger droplets and particulates in the flue gas are removed by the second stage separator after the speedup of the accelerator.
