The main technical functions are as follows:
1. The aluminum ingots of two falling ingots lines are grabbed automatically, and they can be placed to the specified position (also can be the conveyor line or the cold spindle line).
2. Preset multiple ingot layers in the system to facilitate the setting of the number of aluminum ingots in the casting process.
3. The system shall set a temporary placement point, which can be put into a temporary place for continuous production when the conveyor line fails.
4. The ingot robot rotates 90 degrees each time, namely 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees (or 0 degrees and 90 degrees), guaranteeing the formation of four corners of the whole bundle.
5. The total weight of the bag is 7 aluminum ingots (for 7 aluminum ingots each time), and the total weight is not more than 50Kg.
6. The system is set to suspend function. When there are abnormal conditions, the worker can stop at any time. After the breakdown is removed, the robot will proceed directly to the start, and the robot will continue the process of ingots that were not completed last time.
7. After the system has stopped, it can directly start the re-stacking to minimize the chance of manual intervention after the failure.
