无味交联剂BIPB
无味交联剂泛称BIPB无味架桥剂,可作为氯化聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶、EVA乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚物、硅橡胶、丁晴橡胶等 塑料和橡胶的交联剂, 也可作为 PP 降解剂。在同等交联效果的情况下,添加量约为DCP的2/3。操作过程中及制成的制品中刺激性臭味小。
BIPB is a bifunctional peroxide which is used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as thermoplastic polyolefins.

不溶于水;部分溶于乙醇、乙醚、苯、四氯化碳等有机溶剂。
分解温度 182℃(半衰期 1 分钟),118—120℃(半衰期 10 小时)。
Organic peroxides are thermally unstable substances, which may undergo self-accelerating decomposition. The lowest temperature at which self-accelerating decomposition of a substance in the original packaging may occur is the self-accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT). The SADT is determined on the basis of the Heat Accumulation Storage Test. The SADT is 80℃.
包装贮运 / Packaging and Transportation
本产品内包装 PE 塑料袋,每袋净重 5或10 公斤;外纸箱包装,每箱净重 20 公斤。
存贮温度30℃以下,本产品不易变质。运输时应避免曝晒和激烈震动。
避免受热,严禁与强酸、 还原剂等共贮混运
The standard packaging is 1 carboard box for 20 kg peroxide.
Both packaging and transport meet the international regulations. Keep containers tightly closed. Store and handle BIPB in a dry well-ventilated place away from sources of heat or ignition and direct sunlight. Never weight out in the storage room.
Avoid contact with reducing agents, acids, alkalis and heavy metal compounds (ex: accelerators, driers and metal soaps).
