The product is designed to operate with a wide input supply voltage range of 4.5V to 20V. The system-on-chip device is comprised of a step-down switching regulator, linear regulators, a microcontroller, Q factor detector, voltage and current ASK decoders, Two-Half bridge power stages drivers and 4-power MOSFETs.
