Danish AVK rubber disc check valve, also known as rubber disc check valve, mainly consists of three main parts: valve body, valve cover, and valve disc. The rubber flap is made of steel plate as a pressure bearing component and reinforced nylon cloth as a substrate. The outer layer is made of hot vulcanized overall rubber coating technology, and the valve seat is coated with ceramic spray technology to prolong the service life of the valve. This valve adopts a full basin design, with characteristics such as low head loss, less accumulation of debris, and easy maintenance. It is mainly suitable for water supply and drainage systems.
Structural features:
Due to its small closing stroke, the rubber disc check valve can achieve full opening with a stroke angle of only 35 °, and has a fast closing speed. It can be installed at the outlet of the water pump. For large diameters, a buffer cylinder device can be selected, with 85% -90% of the stroke being fast closing and 10% -15% of the stroke being slow closing. The slow closing time is adjustable, with an adjustment range of 1-15 seconds, and there is no indication of the opening or closing position of the oil cylinder to reduce the damage caused by water hammer to the pump.
丹麦AVK埃维柯橡胶瓣止回阀又称橡胶瓣逆止阀，主要由阀体、阀盖及阀瓣三种主要零件组成。其中橡胶瓣由钢板作承压件及强化尼龙布做衬底，外层采用热硫化整体包胶技术制成，阀座采用陶瓷喷涂工艺使阀门的寿命更长。该阀采用全流域设计，具有水头损失小，不易堆积杂物，维修简便等特性，该阀主要适用于给排水系统。
结构特点：
橡胶瓣止回阀由于关闭行程小，行程角仅35°即可达到全开启，关闭速度快，可安装于水泵出水口出，对大口径可选用缓冲油缸装置，其中85％-90％行程为快速关闭，10％-15％行程为慢速关闭。慢速关闭时间可调节，调节范围1-15秒，并没有油缸启闭位置指示，以减小水锤对泵的损害。
