《QQ邮箱：2479261344@qq.com》很难准确地计算出管网的阻力，并考虑到长期运行过程中可能发生的各种问题，通常总是把系统的最大风量和风压富裕量作为选择风机型号的设计值。但风机的型号和系列是有限的，往往在选用不到合适的风机型号时，只好往大机号上靠。这样，电站锅炉送、引风机的风量和风压富裕度达20%～30%是比较常见的。锅炉送、引风机的用电量中，很大一部分是因风机的型号与管网系统的参数不匹配及调节方式不当而被调节门消耗掉的。同时，发电厂的负荷必须要跟随用户的使用状况而改变，发电机的负荷调节必然要求锅炉跟随而动，相应的送引风机等也必须进行调节，在调节的过程中又有大量的能量被浪费了。因此，改进离心风机的调节方式是提高风机效率，降低风机耗电量的最有效途径。
风机和水泵都是流体机械，由流体动力学可知，流量Q∝n，压力H∝n2，电机功耗N∝n3。当流量由额定值Q0降至Q1时，与额定功耗N0相比较，采用转速调节的电机的功耗为：
Nt=（n1/n0）3N0
如流量有下降到50%，则转速相应降到50%，压力降到25%，而电机功耗降到12.5%，也就是节约电能87.5 %。扣除节门调节时的功耗与额定功耗的差、转速下降可能会引起电机的效率下降等因素，节电效果也是非常显著的。
三、单元串联多重化电压源型变频器的基本原理
成都东方凯奇电气有限责任公司利用单元串联多重化技术，生产出功率为110kVA～7100kVA的无电网污染(DFCVERT-MV)高压变频器，无须输出变压器实现了直接3kV、6kV或10kV高压输出；国内首家在高压变频器中采用了先进的IGBT功率开关器件，达到了完美无谐波的输出波形，无须外加滤波器即可满足供电部门对谐波的严格要求；输入功率因数可达0.95以上，THD<1％，总体效率（包括输入隔离变压器在内）高达97％；对电机无附加硬力，将大大延长电机的使用寿命。
