One or more of the batteries are Lithium or Lead-Acid battery types. 受管制的含电池产品：产品销售时带有1+电池。电池中的一种或多种是锂电池或者铅酸蓄电池。 • Non-formulated Light Bulbs – A non-regulated light bulb which contains no hazardous components or ingredients. 不含有化学成分的照明用品：非管制照明用品包含了无害成分或者材料。 • Electronics – Products without a battery included, but have a circuit board included. 电子产品：不含电池的产品，但带有电路板的产品。 • Copper Wire Only – Product does not contain battery, circuit board or any type of chemical. WERCS注册所需资料：
MSDS文件（一般电子产品提供电池的MSDS即可）, 运输方式, UPC码, 包装方式, 重量(盎司), 零售商名称, 零售商联系电话和邮件, 合格供应商ID号码(O'Reily, Sears/K-Mart, Wal-Mart/SAM'S CLUB 需要)。
