例如：投入多少比例不同的资源生成更多的资源，或者基于投入的数量来兑换不懂的科技等级建筑。如果用户持续攀升资源调度，那么可以加快游戏进程，但是在游戏产品设计中，为了尽可能让用户在游戏里代的时候够久，那么可以使用限制策略，时间周期策略，入侵策略，减产策略随机天灾策略等等，这里重要的就拉长游戏可玩度，同时对产出值有更高的期望，以此提升战力，财力和排行榜。卷轴模式它的特点是使用类似卷轴的一个图片图标来进行任务流程的控制。玩家需要逐步解锁卷轴上的任务，并在完成每个任务后，才能继续解锁下一个任务。这种模式相对于自由探索的游戏模式来说，更加具有剧情感和线性感。
