风淋传递窗
传递窗是与洁净厂房配合使用的空气净化设备。适用于洁净室与洁净室之间或洁净室与非洁净室之间的中、小型货物的传递。使用该传递窗后，可减少洁净室的关门次，把洁净区的污染降到很低程度。
The pass box is an air purification equipment used in conjunction with the clean plant. It is applicable to the transfer of medium and small goods between clean rooms or between clean rooms and non clean rooms. After using the pass box, the closing times of the clean room can be reduced, and the pollution in the clean area can be minimized.
