美和唐科技使用H65黄铜/铜合金和低碳钢等进行双面复合的冷轧压延工艺覆铜合金材料,可以代替H62黄铜/磷铜等其他铜合金,满足材料导电性能的同时,改善了材料的力学性能,可以节约大量的铜资源,节约成本,绿色发展。
常用于低压工业电气电工电子五金冲压件,连接件,元器件,电子产品零部件,铠装电缆屏蔽和电波暗室、屏蔽室等。
表面和H65黄铜一致,同时拥有双金属材料性能。,铜钢复合材料具备了热扩散优、可塑性强、硬度大、价比高的优点,是纯铜黄铜等的优良替代材料。性价比非常高。是节约成本
1、H65黄铜有极为良好的塑性(是黄铜中较好的)和较高的强度,可切削加工性能好,易焊接,对一般腐蚀非常安定,但在氨气气氛中易产生腐蚀开裂。
2、H65具有良好的机械性能,热态下塑性良好,冷态下塑性尚可,可切削性好,易纤焊和焊接,耐蚀,是应用广泛的一个黄铜品种。
