A connecting braid is a conductor made of soft, fine copper wire, also known as a soft connecting wire or copper braid. Named for its unique braiding structure and material properties, the braid is used in situations where frequent movement or rotation is required, such as from the fixed conductor to the reciprocating displacement of the conductor (including rotation) between the connection. Bonding braids play an important role in the heat treatment industry, especially in the connection between the heater and the power supply, which not only transmits electricity and generates heat, it also ensures the stable transmission of current in high temperature and harsh environment. Therefore, the design and materials of bonding braids usually need to have good electrical conductivity and heat resistance to ensure reliable operation of equipment.
