沙特阿拉伯标准组织
自2018年2月15日起，开始强制实施IECEE认证的新规定。新规定要求管控内的产品除了需获得清关所需的产品符合性证书SC外，贸易商还需提前申请并获取IECEE证书，货物才能顺利在沙特海关清关。
2020年9月28日以后出口到沙特的太阳能光伏产品，需要获得SASO
IECEE认可证书（SIRC）。以下是更新后的产品清单：

announcement, it is now obligatory for the above-listed product categories to
comply with the following requirements:
根据本公告，上述类别产品必须符合下列要求：
- Safety
testing by an IECEE CB Testing Laboratory
由IECEE CB测试实验室进行安全测试
Existing
requirements such as EER and CITC shall still apply to some of the above-listed
relevant products wherever applicable on top of this new
requirement.
无论是否在新要求范围内，现行的要求（如EER和CITC）应仍适用于上述的部分相关产品。
证书申请顺序：CB证书+能效证书（不在能效范围的不需要做能效）→IECEE证书
沙特IECEE认证流程：
1.填写申请；
2．提供CB证书（3年内有效，含沙特偏差：220V,60Hz，英规插头）和CB测试报告；
3．提供制造商为产品做的符合性声明或背书；
4．填写承诺声明申请IECEE
认证所需资料：
CB测试报告（3年内有效，含沙特偏差：220V,60Hz，英规插头）及其CB证书，差异测试报告，能效证书和标签，产品照片，产品尺寸，制造商声明，制造商生产许可证，沙特进口商营业执照
IECEE认证有效期：一年
