一新建的小型机械制造厂。
采用三相四线制TN一C系统供电，设备外壳全部接零。
见图a所示。
正常生产时，设备外壳感到电麻，有时用测电笔测试暗红，用万用表对地测试达110伏，检查线路的接触情况及绝缘良好，排除了单相接地的可能，拆掉外壳所接零线，反而不出现电麻感觉。
经过一段时间的观察，发现用电焊机时，电麻严重，不开时，几乎没有什么感觉。
该厂用了多台老式Bx系列铁芯变压器(两相380伏)电焊机。
在三相四线制供电系统中，如果三相负荷不平衡，零线中便有不平衡电流流过，在变压器中性点接地处，电位为零，随着供电距离增大则电位升高。
