六、用途: 食品工业中用于罐头 , 果汁饮料 , 奶制品 , 豆乳等的品质改良剂 , 主要供火腿罐头嫩化 , 蚕豆罐头中使豆皮软化 , 亦可用作软化剂和增稠剂。
七、包装:内衬聚乙烯塑料袋,外套复合塑料编织袋包装,每袋净重25kg。
八、贮存与运输:本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中,装载运输时要轻装轻放,防止包装破损,防止受潮、受热,运输过程中防止雨淋受潮,应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: It’s white powder, free soluble in water. Melting point is 622℃. Its’ significant metal ion (Calcium, Magnesium & etc) chelating activity could soften hard water and change suspension into solution. It appears alkalescence, no corrosion. It’s a kind of surface active agent for inorganic substances. It’s also a strong emulsifier of lubricant and fat. Bulk densities are 0.35-0.5g/cm3 (low density), 0.51-0.65g/cm3 (medium density) and 0.66-0.9g/cm3 (high density).
6、Usage: It’s used as quality improver of canned food, fruit juice drinks, dairy and soymilk. And it may tender the meat in canned ham and soften the skin of horse bean in canned horse bean. It may also serve as a softener and densifier in foodstuff industry.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage and Transport:It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
