portant; position: unset !important;">东莞芳汇鑫科技技术有限公司WKM晶圆贴膜机是将蓝膜或 UV 膜覆在晶圆和 frame 铁环框架上， 使晶圆与 frame 铁环框架固定在一起的机器设备。本设备可将膜 类拉长覆盖在半导体（晶圆、玻璃、 LED 、 PCB ）上面，通过圆周 刀和横切刀将膜类粘贴在晶圆背面即切割框架上，也可保护膜类从 有图案的晶圆表面剥离。
