portant; width: auto !important; line-height: 2em !important;">在包装袋内充入袋容积二分之一至三分之二的水后排气密封好，放入高压灭菌锅中，放置30min，减压冷却至室温取出，检查小袋有无明显变形、层间剥离、热封部位的剥离等异常现象。

portant; width: auto !important; line-height: 2em !important;">在包装袋内分别装入4%乙酸、1%硫化钠、5%的氯化钠水溶液及精物植物油，然后进行排气封口，在带反带冷却装置的高压灭菌锅中在121℃中蒸煮40min,在压力保持不变的情况下冷却。

portant; width: auto !important; line-height: 2em !important;">袋面应平整、无起皱、气泡、变形，无；离层、渗漏现象；若有其中任一种不良现象即为不合格。
