Super 10 Electrical Tape
Super 20 Electrical Tape
Flame-retardant epoxy film with thermosetting, rubber resin pressure-sensitive adhesive
3M? Super 10 Electrical Tape offers flexibility and conformability for easy handling and application. It meets the rigid flame-retardancy requirements of the Component Test Program of UL 510. In application, the tape maintains good electrical properties after elongation. 3M Super 10 also maintains good mechanical and electrical properties as tested for UL recognition at 155°C.
The tape is suggested for use in wrapping relays, coils, transformers, bobbin-wound subfractional horsepower shaded-pole motors and stick-wound coils. It can also be used for holding in fractional horsepower motors, arbor-wound coils and wire harnesses.
To achieve maximum solvent resistance and holding performance, thermoset the tape at one of the following cycles:
UL File Number E17385, Guide OANZ2. Underwriters Laboratories (UL) recognized products have been evaluated for use as components of end-product equipment that is listed or classified by UL.
To achieve Underwriters Laboratories recognition, component construction must meet UL specifications and conditions of acceptability for proper and safe use of the component or product.
1 hour@ 150°C
2 hours @ 135°C
3 hours @120°C
任意宽度均可裁切,金额不足¥1000需增加5mm上机修边损耗。
